1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by QuickFixx24 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whether through our website at quickfixx24.com, by telephone, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all users aged 18 and above. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

QuickFixx24 provides the following services in Chittagong, Bangladesh:

  • Car booking and transport services (500–600 BDT)
  • CNG auto-rickshaw booking (200–300 BDT)
  • Electrical installation and repair
  • Plumbing and pipework services
  • Air conditioning (AC) installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Technology and device setup, WiFi configuration

All services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, in and around Chittagong city.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website form, by calling +880 1805-455811, or through WhatsApp. We aim to confirm all bookings within 30 minutes of receipt.

  • A booking is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from QuickFixx24 by call or message.
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
  • In the event we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, we will notify you as early as possible and arrange an alternative.
  • Booking through third parties does not bind QuickFixx24 unless separately confirmed by us.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Vehicle booking prices are fixed: car booking from 500–600 BDT and CNG booking from 200–300 BDT. Actual price depends on distance, time, and any special requirements.

Home service (electrical, plumbing, AC, tech) prices are quoted individually after an initial assessment. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding. We do not charge hidden fees.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of labour unless otherwise stated. Parts and materials are charged separately.

5. Payment Terms

QuickFixx24 accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash – paid at time of service
  • bKash – mobile banking transfer
  • Nagad – mobile banking transfer

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior written arrangement has been made. For advance bookings, a partial advance payment may be requested to secure the booking. All bKash and Nagad transactions must be made to the official QuickFixx24 number only. Always request and retain your transaction receipt.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer:

  • Cancellations made 1 hour or more before the scheduled service: free of charge
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before: a cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows (customer absent at service time): full service charge may apply

Refunds: Where a refund is due, it will be processed via the original payment method (bKash or Nagad) within 3–5 business days. Cash refunds are given on the day of cancellation where applicable.

Cancellations by QuickFixx24: In rare circumstances where we must cancel (e.g. safety, staff unavailability, extreme weather), we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

7. User Responsibilities

As a customer of QuickFixx24, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • Be present or ensure access at the agreed service location and time
  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
  • Not request services that are illegal, unsafe, or outside our service offering
  • Not record, photograph, or publish content involving our staff without their consent
  • Pay for completed services in full and on time

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer acts in a threatening, abusive, or unreasonable manner.

8. Service Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a home service (electrical, plumbing, AC, tech), please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will send a technician to review and rectify the issue at no additional charge, provided the issue relates to the original work performed.

This guarantee does not apply to vehicle services or issues caused by misuse, third-party interference, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuickFixx24 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that is not directly caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. In particular, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays
  • Loss of data, earnings, or business opportunities
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions at the service location
  • Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the service provided in the relevant booking.

10. Fraud & Payment Safety

QuickFixx24 complies with the Money Laundering Prevention Act 2012 and Anti-Terrorism Act 2009 of Bangladesh. We do not accept payments from unidentified or suspicious sources.

  • Always verify you are sending payments to the official QuickFixx24 number
  • We will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or OTP
  • Report any suspicious activity to us at +880 1805-455811 immediately
  • QuickFixx24 is not responsible for payments made to fraudulent accounts impersonating our business

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the QuickFixx24 website — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, text, images, and design — is the intellectual property of QuickFixx24 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at +880 1805-455811 so we can resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chittagong.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at quickfixx24.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
